Bohemian Infusion - Pear and Ginger

A soothing blend inspired by the Czech pečený čaj — our Pear & Ginger Bohemian Infusion is comfort in a jar. Sweet baked pears meet the gentle heat of fresh ginger and a touch of lemon for brightness. It’s mellow, lightly spiced, and perfectly warming for slow mornings or chilly evenings.

Enjoy it hot by stirring the contents into 250–280 ml of hot water, or serve cold over ice or with tonic for a refreshing twist. Don’t forget to eat the fruit at the bottom — that’s where all the flavour hides. 🍐

Ingredients: Pears (UK), sugar (sugar, pectin), lemon juice (water, lemon juice concentrate, preservative: sodium metabisulphite), ginger.
