Bohemian Infusion - Summer Fruits

A fruity twist on a Czech classic, pečený čaj — a baked fruit infusion full of summer berries and warming spices. Our Summer Fruit blend combines strawberries, raspberries, blueberries, blackberries and redcurrants with apple, lemon juice, cinnamon, cloves and star anise. Sweet, tangy and gently spiced — it’s comfort in a cup.

Enjoy it hot by stirring the contents into 250–280 ml of hot water, or serve cold over ice or with tonic for a sparkling mocktail. Don’t skip the fruit at the bottom — it’s the best part!

Ingredients: Strawberries (30%), redcurrants (25%), raspberries (15%), blueberries (15%), blackberries (15%), apple, sugar, lemon juice (water, lemon juice from concentrate (60%) contains sulphites), cloves, cinnamon, star anise.
